Welcome to Radius Technologies. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of our smart devices, as well as your use of our mobile application and related services. By purchasing our devices or accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Radius Technologies designs, manufactures, and sells smart devices equipped with various sensors, including but not limited to humidity, temperature, and environmental monitoring sensors. Our mobile application is provided as a companion tool to connect, configure, and monitor these devices.
The app is available for download via official app stores and is intended to be used with Radius Technologies devices.
The devices collect sensor data which is transmitted to our app to provide real-time monitoring and personalized notifications — for example, alerts when humidity exceeds certain thresholds. You acknowledge that the accuracy and reliability of sensor data depend on proper device usage and conditions.
Our app includes Google Ads to support ongoing development and maintenance. Advertisements comply with Google’s policies and may use anonymized data for ad personalization.
All intellectual property rights in the devices, app, content, and branding belong to Radius Technologies or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
Radius Technologies provides limited warranties for the devices as described in separate warranty documentation. We disclaim all warranties for the app, which is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from device malfunction, sensor data inaccuracies, or app usage.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our devices or app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review them regularly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Radius Technologies operates.
